Responsible for vendor management of our outsource contact center relationship ensuring they achieve KPI's. Currently handle staffing, forecasting, and scheduling for our internal and external contact center teams company wide to include dispatch. Assist in responsibility for contact center project management of programs and software systems. Directly manage 38 retail locations throughout our footprint, ensuring they meet KPI's. I am responsible for training, oversight, roll out of changes or processes with this team. As a team member we are all responsible for meeting company MRC goals.

Responsible for oversight of the Customer Care Center and Billing Management. Our facility currently staffs approx. 60-75 agents that handle customer billing, sales, and technical support inquiries 24/7. In addition we manage the customer billing database to include processing of payments, reconciliation, and accounting functions.

Texarkana, Texas Area

Directly manage and coordinate call center operations of a 600 seat facility with multiple clients. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and development of team. Responsible for ensuring KPI's are met and developing strategies and processes for continually improving operational metrics. Work directly with client to provide feedback on process improvement initiatives and project management.

Responsible for a team of approx 10 individuals that processed and researched lost and stolen merchandise across the Southeast division in Texas. Worked directly with customers to communicate actions and resolutions to any issues or concerns to include processing claims and providing refunds.

Responsible for developing and auditing team performance to ensure client goals are exceeded. Developed individual goals and objectives for improving individual performances of my team.
