Developed and executed transportation nodes for air, ground, and sea for two exercises in Thailand and South Korea to support the deployment of 650 pieces of equipment and 2,00 personnel resulting in meeting 100% of customers’ delivery schedules. Planned transportation requirements of repair parts for both ground and aircraft equipment from Okinawa in support of the exercises. Managed supply inventories for vehicle repair parts, supply rations, and engineer parts through the Logistics Chain Management IT system in support of deployed personnel resulting in above standard fulfillment rates. Supervised and planned the ordering, transportation, distribution, and pre-position of ammunition to support forward operating units across the Pacific. Supported the deployment of over 10K pieces of repair parts throughout the Pacific region which ensured forward deployed troops equipment readiness was 95% or higher.
