Helping to build a Value Management Office that is responsible for discovering, communicating, collaborating on, tracking, and maximizing the value of Everlaw’s platform throughout our prospect and client lifecycle. We are accomplishing this through the creation of high-quality content, value models, enablement, client benchmarks, and coaching in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Our purpose is to demonstrate the business value of eDiscovery process & technology transformation through the adoption of Everlaw.

- Created a Value Management Office at Illusive (acquired by Proofpoint) responsible for developing value-based assets and processes for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, & Product teams.- Create tailored value assessments/ROI/TCO models that project value in presales motions & measure realized value post-sale for commercial, enterprise, & strategic deals.- Built modeling and reporting automations to achieve 100% deal capacity.- Deliver presentations to C-level executives on the projected & realized value of Illusive (acquired by Proofpoint) in both sales cycles & periodic business reviews. - Perform discovery meetings to gain alignment on desired outcomes & criteria for success- Analyze client data to create industry/peer benchmarks used as supporting data points & indicators of maturity- Work with corporations to align on & measure the business value realized through the adoption of privileged identity risk hygiene & the deployment of deceptive assets.
