Coaching team members to set and accomplish personal sales goals is essential in helping our store be able to achieve our necessary metrics, and overall being able to find appropriate financial solutions for each individual customer's needs. (i.e. opening new accounts, lending options, and financial reviews)I consistently ensure compliance with all operational regulations, sales & service processes, policies and procedures, and completion of compliance requirements.
