Information Technology Manager
Current• Technology/Project Manager leading the IT Department Team (Service Desk\Desktop\System & Network Administration) for the Sonoma County Water Agency working closely with the App Support Manager and Business Systems Analyst as well as partnering with the SCADA Team.• Management and support of Enterprise Computing containing both IT and OT environments and devices for 25 County Departments, with 400+ workstations, 70+ servers, 325 users with 75 of those being seasonal, hundreds of applications, and a fleet of mobile workstations for working from home that includes both personal and agency machines. • RFP, vendor management, and contract negotiations for projects, support services and more.• Maintain a high-level of support satisfaction amongst our internal customers. • Managed planning, role assignment, process development, technical changes, training, and support of the Agency-wide rollout of Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and migration to Exchange Online to support the Agencies rapid shift to remote work for our information workers. • Oversee staff hiring, professional development, coaching, and performance reviews.• Managed, installed, and configured Veeam and Veeam One environments; managed project team for migration from multiple other backup systems to Veeam. •. Implemented Change Management process, forms, and meetings. Spearheaded installation and use of knowledgebase, trained and continually working on documentation, guidelines, standards, and process improvement.•.
