I currently serve as the Sr. Data Analyst for an independent school district in St. Paul, MN. My roles include product management and data visualization using the google suite. During the 2022/2023 school year in served the Fridley Public School System’s special education department as their solo behavior analyst where I designed data systems and served as a project manager. My previous experience includes working as the Clinical Director for Centerpiece Autism Services in Green Bay, WI (now known as Caravel Autism Services). I received my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN where I also played 5 years of Division II football.My career experience includes work within both school and in-home settings serving individuals with varying degrees of cognitive functioning. My areas of experience with problem behavior reduction include but are not limited to: direct and indirect functional assessment of problem behavior, development of behavior support and crisis management plans based on those assessments.My experience with skill acquisition involve communication, social skills, self-care skills, independent living skills and various academic skills. I have attended a number of IEP meetings, authored specific IEP goals, and have formulated data collection methods to ensure those goals are being monitored properly. I also have a passion for community education and have given a number of different presentations and trainings on the basic of autism and behavior management.I am a published author in the peer-reviewed journal of Behavioral Interventions with an article on reduction of repetitive behavior as well as the journal of Behavior Modification with my Master's thesis on experimental design. I have merged my love of sports with my passion for assisting individuals’ diagnosed with autism by helping to establish the first annual autism football camp in SE Wisconsin through a partnership with my alma mater Marquette High School. This event has had over 150 participants during its first two years of service.During my personal time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 4 children, going to live music, working out and trying to teach myself computer science and agile product management methods.
