Refrigeration Technical Support Specialist
Current- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, distributors, and service agents.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Skope's post release support offering.
- Support Reliability and Warranty by reviewing and identifying abnormal details in service jobs and following up with service providers.
- Support Reliability and Quality by engaging with Skope's service technicians for further fault details when required.
- Develope service Bulletins.
- Develope and deliver training programmes.
