Refrigeration Technical Support Specialist
Current•Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, distributors, and service agents.• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Skope's post release support offering.•Support Reliability and Warranty by reviewing and identifying abnormal details in service jobs and following up with service providers.•Support Reliability and Quality by engaging with Skope's service technicians for further fault details when required.•Develope service Bulletins.•Develope and deliver training programmes.•Develope and deliver training programmes to support changes in regulations/compliance.•Field and site visits as required to support customers and/or service providers(NZ,AU,Pacific)•Assist design engineering team with testing and prototyping on new product designs.
