This involved being responsible on a shift basis for all the customer information pertaining to train movement via Customer Information Screens on platforms and ticket hall areas & social media sites using a variety of systems. This involved amending or cancelling train services, reporting delays to services to ensure real-time information is provided to both customers and frontline colleagues. In addition, I was responsible for making live public announcements and pre-recorded announcements. This information was also transmitted to front line colleagues to keep them up to date with the current service so they can provide customers with up-to-date information. The role also incorporated data recording of any asset or infrastructure faults, accident/incident reporting and mitigation staff liaising with 1st & 2nd Line on call managers to rectify as quickly as possible.

This involved working as an assistant to the Teacher in the following subjects: Maths, English, Science, Geography and Physical Education. Whilst in this role I worked with pupils in year 5 and 6.In this role, I would work individually with pupils in smaller groups or one-to-one to provide extra support to those pupils who required it. I gained experience with behavioural management, teaching a whole class, marking work, and creating educational visual aids for display work.

This role involves planning and organising a variety of outdoor activities for university students, such as walking, climbing and kayaking. In my role as a Volunteer Coordinator, I am in charge of recruiting and managing the volunteers in the program. This involves dealing with a lot of sensitive personal data and ensuring the correct protections are in place that GDPR requires.

This involved working in the Smart Energy Code team which was in the Smart Metering and Energy Efficiency sector of the company. Whilst in this role, I also spent some time working in the Marketing, Energy Law and Environment sectors of the company.

I started as a cashier on checkouts and was then promoted to supervisor within 3 months. This supervisor role came with increased responsibility with cash handling and being accountable for customer service staff on a shift basis.Skills obtained from this role include working in a dynamic environment with a team, having the ability to adapt to these unexpected changes, maintaining high customer service standards to ensure good customer satisfaction, following instructions given by higher management team and following their orders through accordingly.
