My role was in the Wellness department and I worked in improving and facilitating the wellness sessions at multiple locations for older adults with various physical and cognitive impairments. It was important to ensure programs were properly tailored to each group as some individuals had minimal impairment and others had significant impairment. Key learnings included:- Reviewing and critically analyzing current programs for improvement for future implementation- Planned upcoming sessions with an inter-disciplinary team and creating the necessary resources and materials- Assist in producing and collating surveys for progress tracking of wellness groups- Created materials to assist in consolidating and effectively utilizing survey information and to efficiently update progress of clients
