Tylan Beard is a current Senior from Nashville, Tennessee majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in International Marketing in the College of Communication and Information Sciences at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is the sole-owner and CEO of Marquise Eyewear LLC, an eyewear line for both males and females. Tylan is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and is beginning his journey as a new agent at William Wilson Homes, LLC. in Nashville, Tennessee. He has served as an Ambassador and Tour Guide on behalf of the University, a member of the Real Estate Club, Black Student Union, SGA, and The Haslam College of Business’s Diversity Advancement Program within his 3 1/2 years at the University. Using the marketing strategies and interpersonal communication he's learning to connect the desires of so many people, while turning a vision into reality, is something he's ecstatically looking forward to do on a day-to-day basis. He is skilled in software content creation and has a vast knowledge and understanding of digital marketing in relation to audience engagement. His devoted passion is Real Estate and is advantageously working to excel in becoming an International Real Estate Mogul in the near future.
