Client Services Coordinator

I currently work as the Client Services Coordinator at Worthington Design and Remodeling. I work closely with our Project Developement Team, handle any and all office related activity, and provide clients with exceptional service, both in person and over the phone. My role is critical, as I bridge the gap between client and Project Developer, providing excellent client service and ensuring each Project Developer has an appropriate amount of leads scheduled each week.In working with the Project Development Team, I schedule any and all client leads that come in via online form or phone call, manage the Team's calendars, track all leads and PA meetings scheduled during the month, and manage and send out multiple reports and spreadsheets containing company data and metrics. Communication with the Team is vital and crucial for success, as their calendars are continually changing and appointments are added and taken away. In addition, I ensure our office is always stocked with all of the necessary supplies and materials are full and plenty. This ensures the Project Development Team, Project Management Team, and Design Team will experience success and have ease of access to all they need.

Customer Relations Team Lead

I worked on the Customer Relations Team at Renewal by Andersen as the Customer Relations Team Lead. I received the promotion to Team Lead in less than one year of being employed, faster than the average time it takes to be promoted at RbA. During my time as Team Lead, I successfully tracked & managed our NPS (Net Promoter Score), ran daily tracking reports using SF Lightning to ensure our monthly NPS score was up to company expectations, and managed multiple spreadsheets with metric driven data, ensuring each spreadsheet is clean and accurate. In addition, daily tasks included scheduling clients for their upcoming installation, calling scheduled clients to confirm their appointments, and performing exit calls post installation to ensure clientele's complete satisfaction with their experience.I have also taken on small projects such as creating and editing training videos for onboarding and training purposes.Another aspect the Team Lead role included was to train and lead my team members. I was able to train and mentor every new team member that was hired during my time at RbA. This included 2 weeks of hands on & experience driven training, and 2 additional weeks of sitting with and assisting each new member as needed. I remained their point of contact throughout their training process.

During my tenure at Fifth Third Bank, my position as a personal banker held a variety of responsibilities. I worked closely with clients and helped them with their financial planning and reach their goals. I opened new bank accounts, assisted with loan qualifications and lines of credit, and offered and sold additional products and services that would benefit them and their personal assets and wealt (HELOC, Easy Refi, Secured Line of Credit, etc.) Additional duties included working the drive-thru and front register area, assisting clients with monetary transactions and trouble shooting any issues they might encounter. Here, I completed tasks on both the client service and insurance side of the business.I used Zendesk everyday, where I would work through a list of daily tickets that had been submitted by our clients. These dealt with anything from general troubleshooting using our system, to more complex insurance issues requiring time and research. Whatever the issue was, I worked with the client every step of the way until the task was complete, ensuring their complete satisfaction. In addition to providing excellent client service, I would also manage and process certificates of insurance. This included ensuring the certificate was up to accurate code, had the correct credentials, and was up to date and unexpired. This required great attention to detail and 100% accuracy, as any error or mistake could result in a delay in job or project. Once certificates were accurately processed, they were uploaded into our system and the client could proceed with their job.
