Orchestrated global procurement strategy and execution for Nike's worldwide annual transportation, distribution services, and capital equipment spend. Achieved record level value delivery metrics through targeted negotiations globally. Reporting directly to the CPO, I drove transformational initiatives to build a more forward-looking strategic team, supporting 5 directors and 30+ global teammates in their professional growth. As a team, we partnered closely with supply chain operations groups to define needs and identify potential efficiency improvements and savings opportunities globally as the company worked to shift from a wholesale-focused supply chain to a more balanced wholesale/consumer model. Led SRM efforts to drive Sustainability, BDI, and Foundational Expectations conversations with key strategic suppliers.
