Manages and facilitates Athletics and Aquatics in the City of Smyrna utilizing all City athletic fields, courts, and pools. Directly manages adult athletics including basketball, softball, tennis, and volleyball. Oversees operation of indoor and outdoor swimming facilities. Coordinator of volunteer-led youth leagues including baseball, soccer, football and cheerleading, track and field, swim and dive, tennis, t-ball, and basketball. Responsible for supervision of 35 part-time staff. Soley responsible for issuing all rental permits for the City's athletic fields and sports courts.

I hold one of the senior staff positions at Lapaz. I have experience training new servers and managers teaching the principals of effective customer service with an emphasis on restaurant etiquette, quality, and repeating business. I also have experience with cash handling, staff scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing the restaurant.

Head Lifeguard at Senior Recreation Center. Responsible for all building and pool maintenance. Maintained pool chemicals and pump mechanics while also supervising all Senior activity in the pool.

Managed a staff of 25 lifeguards, scheduled swim lessons, and worked closely with the youth swim team. I was responsible for keeping the pool up to health and safety standards at all times. Ordered and implemented the use of pool chemicals, did routine pump room maintenance, and also was responsible for maintenance of the building and locker rooms. The main goal at the pool was to ensure a safe and fun environment for the public while maintaining a professional aproach at all times.
