Four-week summer internship where I primarily focused on the role of ATR in DNA end resection. Analyzed images with an ImageJ distribution and presented data to peers at the end of the internship. Obtained two Matlab certificates. Visited labs on and off campus, including Scripps Research Institute. The project primarily utilized a Lazer and Zeiss microscope setup to ablate the cells and then take photographs for analysis.
