The Sustainment Operations Leadership Development (SOLD) program is designed to develop and retain mid-career professionals working in Sustainment Operations. The program's two main objectives are to develop participants' leadership skills and enhance their sustainment business acumen through three, one year rotations within the Sustainment Operations organization.First Rotation: Supporting the Integrated Fighter Group Technical Order Development (TOD) department. Primary responsibilities include developing and authoring Technical Orders for hardware and software installed on fighter aircraft. This involves coordination with engineering to ensure all technical and programmatic requirements are met and supporting technical data requirements personnel in the development of proposal inputs.
