I was responsible for overseeing the contracting possess for various types of services across all four University campuses representing the office of the University President.

Success at Broome County included a modernization of standards moving the County from traditional transaction focused standards to data driven strategic sourcing and procurement that values effective relationships and value creation. 3 years of budget reductions while expanding new programs aimed at reducing cost County wide while adding value. Moving best value and cooperative purchasing initiatives forward generating $500,000 in savings. Implementing electronic procurement solutions to modernize operations.
