• Designed 20+ interactive, high-fidelity Figma prototypes for testing, reducing the amount of time/clicks it took users to create new email marketing campaigns.

• Leveraged requirements from NYC Community Board meetings to iterate on AutoCAD and Google Sketchup models, producing user-centered enhancements in the terminal’s navigation, wayfinding, and accessibility.
