I am excited to announce I will be a assistant basketball coach for a 7th grade AAU basketball team through All in Athletics this fall. My role is going to be supporting the head coach in all aspects of the team's preparation and performance. I will work closely with the players to help develop their skills, tactics, and overall understanding of the game.During practices, I run drills, provide individual feedback, and assist in organizing scrimmage games to help the team improve their teamwork and communication on the court. I also help prepare game strategies, analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses, and make in-game adjustments to ensure our team is competitive and well-prepared for each matchup.Off the court, I help coordinate team meetings and help communicate with parents to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding schedules, expectations, and goals for the season. I am dedicated to encourage a positive and supportive team environment where each player feels valued, motivated, and eager to improve. Overall, being an assistant basketball coach for this 7th grade AAU team in the fall is a rewarding and challenging experience that allows me to make a positive impact on young athletes' lives and help them develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
