Serving as agile delivery lead for Capital One's Tech Commercialization efforts. Working to mature delivery pipelines, build strategies to get cloud tools to market, and enhance team performance.

•Perform research and documentation services for projects related to temperature application, metallurgy, and instrumentation/measurement •Perform case study experiments on manufacturing floor and document reports in clean, full lab report format•Collect process and production data and quantitatively analyze it using Excel and Deform simulation software•Help facilitate implementation of Gemba (management walks) on manufacturing floor for machining and forging operations•Collaborate with design engineers and tool fabricators to produce functional measurement systems

•Maintain relationship with 60,000+ client companies in managed E-Commerce marketplace•Reach out to directors and executives of client companies to market new procurement opportunities•Monitor marketplace for quality assurance/legal purposes through contract validation process•Minimize risk of problematic purchase agreements by use of industry research and data mining•Facilitating marketing conversations and documenting client personas in SalesForce online database
