Every day, I help improve productivity and quality of oil field equipment assembled at our facility. As an assembly supervisor with over 13 years of mechanical experience, at Grizzly Manufacturing in Houston, I manage the workflow of each piece of equipment being assembled, with a focus on quality, productivity and the well being of our mechanics.
