Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, my duties include:• Supervise a team of IT professionals and guide their efforts on current projects. • Ensuring the smooth operation of both Omega ATS and Lynx ATS during trading hours;• Resolving escalated customer service inquiries;• Hiring, managing on-boarding and training of all new staff;• Office management, including procurement of IT hardware and other office supplies;• Managing ongoing process improvement, including refining technical specifications and matters relating to company policies.• Participate in management discussions • Assist compliance department with internal audits and system reviews.
