I am a current graduate student at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a Master's in General Psychology. I received my B.S. in Psychology from WCUPA in May 2021. My primary interests include the study of trauma and neglect in children and adolescents; however, my professional interests also include administrative roles and human resources roles.My past experiences include working as a research assistant for the ECCEL program at WCUPA, run by Dr. Ellie Brown. Through this, I gained experience working with preschool age children, as well as research experience through the collection of cortisol samples and class observations.Currently, I serve on two committees, the PsyD Department Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Subcommittee and the Psychology Department DEI committee. I act as the graduate assistant to both committees, which includes handling administrative tasks, but I also act as a full student representative on both committees.I also currently serve as a student researcher on Dr. Lauren Brumley's Trauma and Development Lab, which focuses on the study of trauma and neglect and their impacts on developing children and adolescents, particularly those coming from under served populations, such as those in foster care.
