I served the North American Talent Attraction team based out of the Charlotte office. I served as the campus recruiter for two key undergraduate sources for the Firm. I led GLAM (LGBTQ+) recruiting for the Southeast offices and led the full lifecycle of recruiting for the full time and intern Business Analyst role for the Carolinas. I also co-led the Carolinas GLAM chapter, planning education opportunities and social events for LGBTQ+ engagement among firm members.

In addition to my responsibilities as an Assistant Director, I served as the MS in Accountancy Lead for the Enrollment Management Recruiting Team. I liaise with our Associate Dean of Accountancy, Integrative Student Services, and Market Readiness & Employment team to ensure continuity in the graduate student experience.

I developed strategic recruitment plans for target universities to secure top talent for our specialized masters programs in the School of Business. I worked closely with faculty and career services on campuses to coordinate information sessions and informational dinners. I also worked closely with these key faculty to help secure partnership agreements with our target universities. I use tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hobsons Radius (CRM) to develop our pipeline. I also served as the Events Lead and the MS in Accounting Ambassador Lead - organizing, managing and utilizing our student ambassadors. I produced a monthly newsletter for our incoming candidates. I also co-planed and coordinated several on-campus events and interview days including an event focusing on diversity and underrepresented groups.

I worked with prospective students that wish to enroll at High Point University, serving as the territory manager for New Jersey. I handled all aspects of a student's enrollment, from their first inquiry to move-in day. I also co-managed our Admissions Internship Program, exposing undergraduate students to the world of admissions.
