I play a key role in designing, developing, documenting, and executing complex and comprehensive engagement administration workflows to deliver Consulting Services Engagements successfully and ensure client satisfaction and engagement/project profitability.I am responsible for operationalizing complex, customized, and comprehensive solutions, projects, and engagements. I work with local and national technical consultants to identify contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions in the areas of IT, Business Applications, Telecommunications, Engineering, Administrative Professionals, and Financial Services.I network with local User Groups, Technical Schools and Technology Evangelists to grow and enhance the technical personnel community.I source potential candidates by utilizing Apex’s proprietary database, referrals, User Groups, job boards and advertising.I maintain a “best in class” screening process by meeting candidates for face-to-face interviews, conducting reference checks and administering technical tests.I maintain strong relationships with technical personnel through consistent communication, honesty and loyalty.I serve as point of contact for career coaching, resume enhancements, pay rate negotiations, benefits and payroll questions.I work closely with Sales and Management Teams to understand and deliver on client needs.I am the Captain for our CRBP Committee (Contractor Relationship Building Program) and a member of our Captain’s Committee focused on team leadership.For Q1 of 2021 I was the number one Technical Recruiter in the entire company with over $15k of input spread. If you think of each chapter I worked with as a small business, I basically acted as a consultant and regional manager.I worked with chapter officers to ensure their success in day-to-day operations as well as long term endeavors through continuous coaching and strategic planning.I provided one-on-one training and group workshops for chapter officers annually after election. I provided recruitment and risk management training for chapters through facilitated workshops.I worked with students at colleges and universities in Arizona, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, and West Virginia.
