Over the course of four years, I served as both a Junior Counselor for one year and a Head Counselor for three years, specializing in working with kindergarten boys in groups of 12-15.In this role, I embraced the responsibility of orchestrating daily activities according to a structured schedule, ensuring fast transitions between games, meals, and swimming sessions.
