Oversee the daily operation of virtual projects and resources.

Managed $35 million of project assists. Supervise completion of mixing equipment projects from start to finish. Track all components from fabrication/purchase through installation on equipment. Requisition any additional material needed once project has begun. Red line drawings and communicate with Engineers on component installation issues. Work with shop supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects. Advise on general scheduling, issues, and conflicts. Maintain vendor and customer relations.

Supervised 10 employees in a 15000 sq ft warehouse to receive and distribute approximately 700 unique inventory items per shift. Including large appliances and hazardous chemicals. Responsible for the set up and tear down of all seasonal and end cap displays per vendor/ store specifications Conducted quarterly inventory logs and annual inventory reporting within internal inventory control system.

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing documentation. Required to meet hard deadlines in a quickly changing environment to improve delivery schedules and quotas. Collected and distributed payments for parcels when necessary. Responsible for logging all parcels in internal control software and end of day reports.
