Act as project delivery member or assistant in medium/small sized benefit related project, e.g. benefit survey, research, benchmarking/review, analysis and design, etc., to manage project timeline, deliverables, project quality, etc. Help to manage client relationship and communication on project basis. Can solve ongoing client and vendor issues independently.Responsibilities:1. Conduct data analysis, documentation to support employee benefit type project (e.g. benefit review and design) according to project objective/needs.2. Provide insights input and reports draft on project delivery. Provide support to other internal projects to support business operation as appropriate.3. Provide coaching and mentoring for junior members. Work with consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills. Involve in product improvement and development. Contribute to operational streamlining and optimization.4. Manage commission collection and accounts receivables (AR).

To work as part of a business team, supporting senior consultants by providing quantitative and qualitative analytical support and research to benefits projects.Responsibilities:1. Conducts data analysis, documentation to support employee benefit type project (e.g. benefit review and design) according to project objective/needs.2. Design effective and efficient reports and data analytics to support projects, including claim report, RFP, quotation, proposal, etc.3. Negotiate, cooperate and manage the insurance vendors together with Account Team to complete the bidding and renewal process based on the clients’ needs and Mercer requirement.4. Link brokers/consultants and integrate requested reports by defining standard processes. Serve as key contact for vendor systems and processing issues.5. Involves in product improvement and development. Contribute to operational streamlining and optimization.
