· Manage Axon Ecosystem: Oversee the comprehensive inventory of Axon products, ensuring optimal functionality and security for body cameras, in-car video systems, tasers, and related accessories, crucial to departmental operations.· Conduct detailed training sessions on Axon systems, including specialized Taser and Virtual Reality training as a certified instructor, enhancing team readiness and compliance.· Administer and safeguard confidential evidence, manage evidence retention policies, and conduct thorough reviews of body camera footage, in-car video systems, and public uploads to maintain data integrity and security.· Provide critical technical assistance during incidents, support in-car video equipment installations, troubleshoot system issues, and manage mobile device operations, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.
