Dual-Site Business Manager
CurrentI oversee the overall management and operation of two multi-million dollar apartment complexes for Olympus Property, ensuring a high standard of service and tenant satisfaction. Olympus Rodeo and Capitol Flats are located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and have 327 units between them. I maintain and manage the property budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability for investors through strategic financial oversight. In addition, I also prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including variance reports, to monitor financial performance and develop actionable insights. Through building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants, I aim to support operational needs and enhance community satisfaction on a daily basis.I currently lead and supervise a team of three staff members and four maintenance personnel, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
