My primary focus is on developing methods for generative large language models (LLMs) to analyze and design DNA sequences for forming nanostructures. I have shown that general purpose LLMs, like ChatGPT, are able to capture the physical rules that govern secondary structure formation (i.e. structures beyond the familiar double helix). Additionally, I am managing projects on motor-propelled DNA structures and self-propelled condensates.
