I am responsible for the training of all new hires for Lovesacee in Minnesota as well as Sales Manager duties at my Mall of America store. I oversee all aspects of the business such as, hiring, training, creating year over year business models, executing quarterly sales strategy updates and providing real time feedback to employees during their day to day selling. I also host weekly webinars for the other store managers to cover ongoing district wide training initiatives.

I traveled around the entire midwest and visit my field sales reps and perform ride along store visits with them. I was responsible for growing Motorola’s business inside our partner stores such as Verizon, T Mobile, ATT, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Staples, Office Max, and Costco. Working very closely with the store management to ensure they were trained up on all current Motorola Technology. My role included daily one-on-one training and monthly group training as well as balancing the sales numbers from location to location to determine which stores needed the most assistance. I would also hold market wide webinars and conference calls at least once a week to keep everybody on the same page.
