Responsibilities Opening up of the mill, Start up all machinery and accessories. Preparation of the computer, recipes. Ensuring the plant is moving smoothly, No bogs or machinery tripping. Conduct a shift change handover. Serving Customers and putting product into or onto their vehicle.

Responsibilities Ensuring crew is ready on time, trucks are ready, job plans ready for the shift.Carry out toolbox meetings pre-shift commencement. Problem sorting throughout shift.Mowing, reticulation, trenching, digger operations.
