But I quickly found that embracing new industries, roles, and challenges gave me the opportunity to grow, develop, and—most importantly—help others succeed. Over the past decade, I’ve had the chance to work in customer service, sales, and training roles across industries, including insurance, retail, and food service. Through these roles at companies like Travelers, ADT, Walmart, and Little Caesars, I’ve developed a customer-first approach that’s grounded in empathy, communication, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service. Currently, I’m a Sales Associate at Travelers, where I leverage my experience to provide personalized solutions, ensuring clients feel informed, valued, and secure. I’m passionate about sharing my expertise with colleagues and am actively seeking to expand my network and engage with industry professionals beyond my immediate role.
