Designer for non-structural interior construction elements such as DIRTT partition walls, DIRTT raised floors, and ceilings. I design these elements to meet minimum code requirements commonly found in the International Building Code (IBC), California Building Code (CBC), and ASCE 7. Common code requirements include the design of the interior elements and their anchors to resist live, seismic, and dead loads as well as designing for DIRTT partition wall glass fallout, building story drift, and building live load floor deflections.

Designed non-structural building components including but not limited to sunshades, louvers, penthouses, railings, interior partition walls, curtain walls, roof top fan units, small enclosures, and canopies. Designed items for OSHPD, DSA, and NOA's. Also gained experience with blast design of non-structural components.

Aided contractors in the completion of road resurfacing contracts, Collaborated with survey crews and utilized survey equipment, Performed stakeout on underground sewer/storm water pipes and inlets, Engineered designs for sidewalk ramps, Assessed concrete curb and gutter conditions and aided in replacement.
