My goals in life have always been self improvement, making the lives of others around me engaging, and finding a career I could put all my heart into. In the workplace I tried to accomplish this by giving my all in whatever I was doing and by trying to foster a healthy and enjoyable workplace. As a lifeguard I had to learn absolute focus and diligence as being inattentive could have dire consequences, while also being courteous with pool guests and making sure they understood they were safe. During my time in customer service I learned how to keep calm when customers were aggressive or difficult. I found how to keep my best foot forward, even when I wanted to take a step back.
