Resolved technical and manufacturing issues to ensure that flight critical hardware was made available to support accelerated aircraft flight test schedule. Led effort to determine TAKT time, flow path, critical path, and yield for continued refurbishment of obsolete flight critical hardware in order to prevent grounding of military reconnaissance aircraft. Partnered with PM and PE to develop and implement multiple contingency plans to obtain flight control hardware required to maintain program development schedule. Including evaluating alternate material, lead times, available inventories, and order scheduling to determine feasibility for hardware availability.
