-Operated and maintained various hand and pneumatic tools used in the fabrication and repair of aeronautical flight surfaces and structural components.-Manufacture and repair of flight surfaces made of Advanced Composite Material (I.E. Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, and Kevlar), for fixed wing aircraft.-Experience with these fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft; F/A-18A-D Hornet, E/A-6B Prowler, AV-8B Harrier, KC-130 Hercules, MV-22 Osprey, and CH-53 Super Stallion.

-Ensured requisitioning procedures are standardized and properly used by all maintenance activities within the unit.-Ensured positive control of all accountable material including Support Equipment, consumables, and disassembled repairables.-Managed and ensured maximum use of personnel and material resources.-Ensured supply response to material demands was optimum.

-Assisted in the certification of production personnel.-Participated as a member of a technical task force that investigated trouble areas and provided recommendations for corrective action.-Reviewed and investigated hazard reports, per OPNAVINST 3750.6, received from other activities which may apply to this unit.-Maintained liaison with contractors via the COR, NATEC, COMNAVAIRSYSCOM, ISSCs, and other field technical services. Established and maintained liaison with other maintenance and rework activities to obtain information for improving maintenance techniques, quality of workmanship, and QA procedures.

-Maintained all documents and certificates for every Marine and Sailor in my division, ensuring all required NAVOSH and NAMP indoctrinations were completed, including all Safety, CPI, and HAZMAT/EMS requirements were met for over 85 Marines and Sailors.-Provided training for off-duty Safety, and the importance of each Marine and Sailor is to the unit.-Instructed over 1000 Marines and Sailors in Suicide Awareness, and the impact it has on units as a whole.
