• Establish relationships with existing clients and attract new clients.• Provide professional development to schools/districts on our program.• Developing curriculum and instructional material for professional development and marketing.• Consulting with and developing district-wide implementation plans for our program.• Attending and presenting at state and national conferences to promote our program.• Developing a sales and marketing plan to attract new business and promote sales with our existing districts.

• Serve as a science specialist to assist in the development and implementation of campus instructional plans that align to district goals and curriculum.• Support teachers in facilitating common planning and deconstructing standards. • Work with teachers and campus administration to analyze student data, diagnose instructional needs and identify research-based instructional strategies to close achievement gaps.• Provide job-embedded professional development for teachers through modeling engaging, standards-based teaching as needed.• Collaborate with science coordinator, campus administration, and teachers to review and develop aligned curriculum components including assessments.• Conduct teacher observations and/or walk-throughs and provide feedback that facilitates teacher reflection and growth.• Assist in the collection, analysis and response to campus data.• Serve as a member of the campus leadership team.
