Responsibilities:-Licensed Lending Officers receive high volume lead flow of qualified clients daily from call center. In this role, we use competitive edge to present, evaluate and sell valuable financial solutions to clients across the country. Build rapport, analyze financial situations, and determine the appropriate loan product to meet client(s) goals. Educate clients on how to better manage their mortgage and debt. Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing. Maintain minimum production standards including originations & fundings. Requirements:- 2+ years of mortgage originations experience REQUIRED. NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses REQUIRED. Proven production of top performance in a similar model REQURIED. Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly in a faster than average pace. Excellent customer service & follow through—taking care of clients is the top priority. Pay: Competitive compensation package-- hourly rate plus uncapped commissions.
