● Create and Manage schedules for 13 lines of business across Capital One and their teams of 15+ recruiters in a fast paced environment. Provide all action plans for Pre-planned powerday interview scheduling weekly. Facilitate Candidate Recruiter interactions and complete Ad hoc tasks with ease on a daily basis●Oversee the logistics of 30+ new hire candidate interviews weekly while ensuring a great candidate experience.
