Tyler Epps is a Senior Editor at Red Ventures. While on the same editorial team, Tyler and I were tasked with revamping the onboarding procedure for freelancers. With little hesitation, he helped orchestrate a new training protocol, proper feedback documentation, and appropriate follow up for a brand new system.
