Hello my name is Tyler Frame and I am 19 years old. I am currently a Sophomore at the University of Central Florida studying Lodging and Restaurant Management at the Rosen School Of Hospitality. I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 6 years now and have loved working at some amazing restaurants. I worked at a Culvers from 2020 all the way until 2023 as a Training Coordinator. In that position I would have meeting with the training stafff at the Culvers of Oviedo and also make sure that the training and development program at the Culvers of Oviedo. I also got to have some one-on-one meetings with the trainers to see if anything needed to be fixed or if there is anything that should be addressed. At Culvers I knew every position in the front and back as wherever I work I want to be as flexible and ready to go anywhere when needed. I would Prep food I would make burgers I would run the kitchen. I also love to make people smile by being kind and hospitable to anyone and everyone I see. After Culvers I worked at a Family owned restaurant called Toasted. I have worked there from late October 2023 to present day. I am currently a primary cook most prepping and cooking food to order. I have also recently gone on catering where we serve food at cheerleading events at Disney and many more unique events at various places. I am currently training to become a shift lead of Toasted and in this position I would be in a manger role I would be supervising the kitchen I would be prepping and making food and I would be helping my coworkers as much as I could. My skills include cooking and preparing food, communication, 6 years of kitchen experience, Waiter/ food runner experience, Line cook, and many more. I am so passionate about the food industry and am driven to learn more. I am also currently in a colligate A Capella group called Mixed Mode, I am currently the business director and treasure of Mixed mode. I am also on the Contemporary A Capella Society at UCF Executive Board currently as the Secretary.
