Tyler Gary has had training in communication skills and media, during his college career at Fanshawe College in London Ontario. He has completed a two-year course in Film and Technology Studies and finished an Advanced Diploma and bachelor’s course in Film Making and Television Production. During this time, he was able to develop strong skills in video and photography editing using Adobe Suites. He developed strong videography and photography skills for capturing events, meetings, and advertising projects along with strong graphic design skills and how to use those effectively for marketing, branding, and the creation of posters and flyers. He has strong skills in time management and how to be an effective communicator for organizations. He has his own transportation and license to travel when needed.With his experience, he has had the great opportunity to work closely with Indigenous Communities and Administration learning about the traditions and principles of Indigenous First Nations. He has been working closely with the acknowledgment of the Seven Grandfather Teachings, and learning many traditions and practices used in First Nations. He has experience with building social media platforms for departments and programs while researching the target audience and branding the advertising to the audience. He is excited to continue to grow in this field and grow his experiences and skills.
