As a Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident at UVA Health, an academic medical center in central Virginia, I received extensive clinical training during my first year. After receiving my PGY1 residency certificate, I started my second year of the program where I am currently completing administrative rotations in clinical operations management, supply chain, finance, specialty, and ambulatory pharmacy areas. My interests include clinical management, sterile compounding, and finance. My residency training is supplemented by a Master’s of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) through Virginia Commonwealth University. After residency, I will be pursuing a leadership role in pharmacy administration.
