During her tenure at Dwight Capital, Tyler established and maintained the company as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. She was responsible for a more than $3 billion servicing portfolio and $1.2 billion in annual loan production. She also served as the principal liaison between Dwight and HUD/GNMA.

As Head of FHA Programs at Capital One, Tyler managed a $1.5 billion FHA pipeline and platform in all aspects, including sourcing eligible transactions through the direct originations team, placing loans with the underwriting/credit group, securing internal and HUD approval on all transactions, and facilitating the quality control process with outside auditors.

During her tenure at Beech Street Capital, Tyler was responsible for implementing FHA, MAP, and GNMA programs and guidelines; generating FHA quality control plans, underwriting policies and procedures, and FHA underwriting templates; hiring and training an FHA underwriting team; and training the existing closing team to execute FHA closing processes.

At Metropolitan Funding Corp, Tyler was responsible for the execution of underwriting requirements, loan structuring, approval, and processing of over $1 billion in transactions. She also coordinated deal flow and managed accounts through three originators, three underwriters, and four analysts from application to closing and securitization or sale of servicing.
