I managed the police department’s external and internal communications, serving as the primary media liaison and ensuring clear, consistent messaging throughout the organization. My role involved developing comprehensive communication strategies, coordinating media events, and overseeing the department's social media platforms to effectively convey key initiatives and manage public relations. I crafted and distributed press releases and managed daily internal communications to keep staff informed.
