As a Special Education Paraprofessional at The Learning Center (TLC), I provide behavior intervention and academic support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I am certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Professional Crisis Management (PCM) practitioner. I also have proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Outlook, which I use to create lesson plans, communicate with parents and teachers, and document student progress. I am passionate about helping students achieve their learning goals and develop their social and emotional skills. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of educators, therapists, and administrators at TLC, and I am always eager to learn new strategies and techniques to enhance my practice.
