Current Project: - Building the new Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital & MOB.- My initial position and title was a Project Engineer. On 11/06/2017 I switched roles where I am now an Assistant Superintendent.- Quandel & Hunt have teamed up as a Joint venture for this project.- I've been given the opportunity to work under some of the best Project Managers & Superintendents from Both companies.My Project Engineer responsibilities:- Answering/returning RFI's, submittals, while updating logs.- Create & Update issues on BIM 360 field, while also uploading approved Submittals. - Providing answers to specific BIM 360 field drawings which were affected by RFI's.- Responsible for providing constant updates on current OPEN/critical RFI's & submittals, weekly OAC meetings and weekly Superintendent meetings.- Create and distribute weekly meeting minutes to the whole team every other month.- Create, Gather, review and submit PCO's assigned Exterior Skin or Site related items. My Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:- Responsible for reviewing, assisting and coordinating all field related items on the 2nd & 3rd Floor of the MCGC Hospital.- Identify and assign issues during field observations, then upload and track each issue on BIM 360 Field.- Review the current schedule and provide a 3 week look ahead update on field progress.- Attend & assist with pull planning for the 2nd & 3rd levels in the MCGC hospital.- The new and current title is "Area Superintendent" - Now reviewing the schedule and providing a weekly update. - Selective project manager responsibilities were added to my daily routine.
