Our services are scalable; we have the capacity to be an extension of your team, or to simply make partner recommendations from our network.-What I Do-As an Operations Development Manager, I wear a lot of hats at JMB. I handle client relationships, contracts, and Debt Sales. We will recommend our "Best Fit" buyers, and put together a sample file along with the entire bid package out to market. After the sale, I assist with file and data transfers, pricing negotiations, the contract, post-closing tasks, etc. Both the ongoing relationship between the buyer and seller will be maintained by JMB. -Who I am-Boyd is a motivated and organized individual with excellent research, time management, and problem solving skills.
