• Support the Senior Leadership and Program Management Leadership teams by providing program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet.• Closely collaborate with the Contracts team to track contract ceiling and funding, forecast all direct labor, ensure that project set up meets contractual requirements, accurately reflects the correct labor hours, rates, labor category, subcontractor costs and ODC costs, and assist in contract closeout.• Coordinate with Business Development to track and manage investment budgets for each account.• Manage the Junior Program Control Analyst on the Accounting/Finance team.

• Prepare, analyze and evaluate financial information associated with Cost Type, Time and Materials, and Firm Fixed Price programs for budget, forecast, pricing, planning, invoicing and control.• Coordinate extensively with the Customer, Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Pricing to establish accurate budgets, quarterly forecasts, and pricing proposals.• Use program actuals and projected forecasts to prepare detailed estimates at complete (EACs) in support of recognizing revenue timely and accurately for Earnings Rate Reviews.• Complete weekly and monthly comprehensive variance analyses on program Revenue, EBIT %, Orders, A/R, and Unbilled Receivables compared to forecasts and present to management at Program Reviews.
